On Thursday, Norwegian Cruise Line announced two new appointments, redefining its marketing and communications as it continues to relaunch its fleet.

Da Silva was part of the team that launched Norwegian’s Giving Joy initiative, which awarded a cruise to educators across North America and has led the development of EMBARK with NCL.
