Former NCL Executive Camille Olivere Joins Globus Family of Brands

Longtime Norwegian Cruise Line executive, and travel industry veteran, Camille Olivere is joining the Globus Family of Brands as its new chief sales officer effective Nov. 15.
The move comes as Paula Hayes, the current Globus chief sales officer, retires from the company at the end of the year. Olivere, in her new role, will be responsible for managing sales across the company’s brands, including Globus, Monograms, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways.
Olivere first joined Norwegian in 2009 as vice president of sales and was promoted to senior vice president just three years later. She had two stints at Norwegian, with the second one starting in 2016 after a two-year gap away from the cruise line. In between, she spent time as SVP partner brands with World Travel Holdings and SVP, U.S. at Club Med.
Olivere left Norwegian in May 2020.
In a statement, Olivere said that joining Globus was “not only exciting, it’s inspiring.”
“The intrigue, curiosity, and wonder the Globus family of brands brings to travelers—and our travel advisor community—is extraordinary. I look forward to digging-in to move the company’s sales strategies forward as the world returns to travel,” she said.
