Crystal AirCruises Names Virtuoso’s Matthew Upchurch As Skye’s Godfather

Crystal AirCruises’ has named Virtuoso chairman and CEO Matthew D. Upchurch as the godfather to its newest fleet addition, Crystal Skye.
Crystal made the announcement at McCarren International Airport in Las Vegas Monday during Virtuoso Travel Week.
"We're delighted to collaborate with Matthew for this milestone occasion, and to continue collaborating with all of our travel agent partners whenCrystal Skyetakes to the skies,” Crystal CEO and president Edie Rodriguez said.
Skye will have room for up to 88 guests when it debuts, with the highest crew to passenger ratio of any twin-aisle aircraft. It will be able to travel non-stop for 19.5 hours at a time.
Passengers will be seated in Crystal Exclusive class suites that convert to lie-flat beds and an onboard social lounge with stand-up bars will allow guests to socialize freely inflight.
Skye is currently available for whole aircraft private-jet charters.
