Paul M. Ruden

Prior to joining ASTA in 1990, Ruden was in private law practice in Washington, DC for nineteen years. He was retained by ASTA in 1979 for the final deregulation case directed at the travel agency‑airline relationship, theInvestigation into the Competitive Marketing of Air Transportation. Ruden worked as a Trial Attorney at the Civil Aeronautics Board from 1967 to 1969. Ruden graduated from Yale University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Artscum laudedegree and earned a J.D. degree from the Harvard Law School in 1967.
